Went to get my moms car painted and the guy never told me “it wouldn’t be perfect” because there not a professional shop…. But charged me and said the work would get done. When I came to pick it up there were several bumps throughout the paint job. They said they wouldn’t fix it unless it was excessive and so they would only fix the back side of the car. I went to pick it up today and found one dent wasn’t fixed even though dents and paint were the whole purpose of visit and they basically said well we didn’t see it. They also left a razor in the car and one of my kids could have grabbed it and hurt themselves had I not looked through the car.

This place is trash, the painters are trash, the place looks like hot garbage. They couldn’t even follow simple directions. I went in to get a front lip paint matched as closely as possible. Once it was dropped off, I was told they would get in contact with me even though they didn’t. I had to go to them 3 weeks later just for them to be like “oh yeah it was just sitting here.” The paint I asked for is clearly a cream white, I stated to them when getting the quote it’s not the same color code as the one you have it’s the older one. Once I got my front lip back i realized it was two different whites (Paper white VS Cream White) instead of actually doing there job and helping me with my situation they just told me there’s nothing they could do since it states on the receipt that it won’t be perfect. It’s no where near perfect, it’s two different whites, they are lazy and don’t want to do their jobs. I will be reporting this place as well for its disgusting atmosphere and workers. I knew it wasn’t going to be perfect but they aren’t even the same white. I also attached pictures for anyone interested into seeing how brain dead this place is at not doing the one thing they were made to

Maaco on Skibo Rd. Fayetteville, NC did an awesome job on my dent and paint repair. You can’t tell where the dent was🙂 their price was half the price from a price I was originally quoted from a different company. They are very professional and very nice and always eager to help and get whatever service needs you have accomplished. I will 💯 percent recommend their services and I look forward to taking my truck back to them within the next month to get the other issue I have fixed. Thank you Maaco you guys are the best. 🥰 I added before and after pics. 🙂

My entire experience from the moment I walk through the front door was phenomenal! The customer service I received from Brittany was A+. The work that was done to our 20 year van was just right for what we were expecting. Every person we came in contact with that worked at this location shared a hello and a smile. These people are amazing. This is the second car I’ve had painted with him. My first one was my 2008 Chevy Malibu this one is a 2011 Kia soul.. I’ve been very happy with the paint jobs and the pricing. I was so impressed with the Malibu because I took it to Dogwood remembering it’s a 2008 and I was pulling through a really tight spot and someone was guiding me through it. he stopped me and he said I’m sorry I’d rather you go around, if this was an old car, I would say try it but not a new car like this one. The color and tone of the car is absolutely beautiful. On the 2011 Kia soul, I had chose to go back with black that was the original color to save myself some money, but I had mentioned that I like the new pewter colors on some new vehicle vehicles. When I went to pick the car up, I said that’s a beautiful car, but where’s mine? My black car was changed to the color I loved You would never believe it was a 2011. I will post more pictures later but here’s one of the Kia soul..
